We’re building a dream, and we need the help of volunteers!
There are lots of things you can do to help the Children’s Museum of Rochester get off the ground. Doing something as simple as showing up for a CMR fundraising event is a great place to start.
If you want to get more involved, thank you! We’re always looking for help with events (like setting up and/or staffing CMR booths at RochesterFest), and for help completing administrative tasks like stuffing envelopes.
We may also need construction workers, carpenters, set designers, painters, muralists, and people with good sewing skills to help construct exhibits, as well as electricians and plumbers to help with our building renovation.
Additionally, we would welcome the guidance and expertise of science teachers and people with museum exhibit experience. Anyone with connections in the toy industry would also be a huge asset.
