Kids’ Zone
The Imagination Station
Every month, the Children’s Museum of Rochester posts a new question that invites kids to get creative!
The question of the month for April, 2009 was:
If you and your friends could bounce up and down on the clouds high up in the sky, what type of game would you play up there? How would you get down?
Here were your answers:
"Use a helicopter for us to get down and bounce a ball down and see if it comes back up." -- Henry, age 5
"I would play bouncy world because we're on top of the world almost. I would use a parachute to get down." -- Connor, age 8
"Rainbow dancing. To get down we would get our parachutes on and jump." -- Cody, age 4
"I'd bring a stick up there. I'd draw numbers on the clouds and play hopscotch. Then, I'd fly down in a plane." -- Xander, age 6
"I would like to play catch. To get down I'd take one cloud, slant it down, and keep taking clouds and slanting them down to the earth and slide down." -- Peter, age 9
"I would like to play Pokemon. I would get down with an automatic airplane that I would jump on and fly down, down to earth." -- Noah, age 6
"I would just jump from cloud to cloud...like a giant. Giants do that." To get down "I would just jump down to the ground, like this...wwwwwwww...oof...boing!" -- Zac, age 3
